  Panera is my go to restraint on the road. Normally, I would give this 4 or 5 stars. But somehow I got charged an extra sandwich. Great job cashier.

  Slow. Incredibly slow.
  Threw our food in our drive thru back so that the sandwich had melted cheese all over the other bagels. Took nearly twenty minutes to get it fixed. Bagels were hard as rocks.
  
  The lady was nice though.

  Well, we've been waiting a half hour for soup and salads in a 1/4 full restaurant so things are going well.
  
  Update: there is one very stressed out gentleman making all of the food. We came in here at 6:30pm, arguably peak dinner time. Someone is vacuuming though, so at least the building is v clean.

  This panera bread is centrally located near a lot of eateries. I was on my way to Kentucky for some army training I said I would not stop until I was exactly 3 1/2 hours into the trip when I saw the sign for Panera  bread I actually got really excited
  
  I am a huge put NARA bread fan always have been why? Well because when you deal with chain restaurants you have to stick to what you know. Luckily for Panera bread and me you have several items to choose from that are relatively healthy my absolute favorite is the chicken salad sandwich. I order it every time I go! The chicken noodle soup is really good too. The chicken Cesar salad is really great as well however it's always a good idea to tell them to get the dressing on the side because they tend to overdo it.
  
  I also like the options you get when you order a meal from Mira bread and a side baguette or Apple or a bag of chips are usually opt for the Apple but since I was committing carb a side I decided to eat the chips they tasted pretty well
  
  I have been to this location twice once on my way to Kentucky and the second time on my way back and each time the service was very fast and the staff was super super friendly in fact this will be where I stop when ever I have to go to Kentucky.
  
  Did I mention that the NARA bread always has the raspberry ice tea brisk I am not sure if I am saying that right but it is one of my favorite guilty pleasure drinks I love the raspberry brisk tea and whenever I go to Panera bread I always look forward to having it

  While the bakery items are heavenly and delicious looking and tasting, don't let that mislead you about the food and service here. I've been to my share of Panera Breads from Los Angeles, so I know that it shouldn't be this bad.
  
  We got the pick 2 deal. Half of each item you pick, while I've been before, I haven't seen this deal before, so me and my Boyfriend were just a little confused and asked the guy at the counter about it, he confused me further and even told us it's confusing for him. I know it's easy for others to get, but pricing wise it's a bit odd. As my boyfriend purchased the chicken tortellini  alfredo pasta thinking it shared the same deal. Nope, it didn't.. and when ordering at the counter the guy didn't tell us it would be a lot more expensive.. $5 more expensive.
  I was pressured to hurry up my decisions by the guy, so I messed up on what I wanted, which was irritating. ==; when my boyfriend went to ask about the pricing because it was very high for what we ordered.. the man didn't apologize or say a thing to him when my boyfriend said that's pretty misleading on the menu...
  
  My food was ok, (small portions for the price really) but my boyfriends tortellini chicken was anything but good, in fact it was raw in some pieces. And it didn't taste all that great.
  Over all.. 1 star food and service at this location. :( Makes me sad because I do love Panera bread, but this location is very lacking in good service and food.
  
  Come here for a good seat.. good bakery items.. and a drink and that's it.. get outa here when it comes to wanting lunch and dinner.
